Is HostEasy a PMS, a property management company, or a VA service?

HostEasy is a new category. It’s a unified operations platform and a human team. You get all the software you need in one place plus a dedicated ops team doing the work for you—without paying 20–30% commissions like a traditional property management company.

Do I need to keep my current PMS or pricing tool?

No. HostEasy replaces your PMS and your dynamic pricing tool. We act as your central operating system and are partnered with PriceLabs, so you get all the pricing capabilities (and more) inside HostEasy. Most customers cancel their existing PMS, pricing tool and several other subscriptions once they switch.

What is an operations pod?

Your operations pod is a team of 3 highly trained operations specialists, working 24/7 on your portfolio, plus a dedicated account manager. Think of it as your own operations department—4 people plus Alfred (our AI)—without having to hire anyone.

How is this different from hiring a VA?

With a VA, you have to source, interview, train, manage, and replace people, and they still log into multiple apps to do the work. With HostEasy, you skip all of that.
